Responsibilities will include posting to the General Ledger, interfacing with Accounts Payable and Receivable clerks, researching and analyzing accounts, reconciling accounts, posting payroll, inputting payables and receivables as needed, processing month end, generating various accounting reports for departments, assisting departments in creating quarterly/yearly budgets. Also, individual will work under Controller as a liaison for the company, generating expense and sales reports, preparing commissions for staff, assisting with preparing tax forms, assisting auditors as needed, preparing spreadsheets for accounting data, and assisting with several quarterly/yearly projects.PLEASE CONTACT
