Corporate Accountant in Lake Forest, CA

Under the direction of the Controller, this individual will be responsible for preparing monthly financial statements including journal entries, supporting schedules, bank reconciliations and communications to Property Managers regarding reports for complex associations. Also, this individual will perform any investment transactions as requested by the Board of Directors, maintain proper documentation for transactions, including reserve contributions, payments for reserve expenditures and investments and update and maintain correspondence and signature card files.
