Manufacturing Engineer Lean Sigma in Lake Forest, CA

Design Release Engineer [removed phone] Candidate will have a BS or MS degree. (MS preferred) PhD is acceptable but the candidate will not be doing research or PhD work. ? Working knowledge of composite pressure vessels or composite structures ? Ability to design and analyze composite pressure vessels ? Ability to understand pressure vessel codes and requirements ? Ability to define and write test plans and analyze test results ? Ability to oversee drawings and understanding of GD&T ? Work with other team members to define manufacturing processes and procedures, and inspection criteria, data, and methods ? Finite element analysis experience with ANSYS and/or Abaqus. Other finite element analysis computer programs are acceptable ? Good communication and presentation skills Not required but desired
